reproduce an existing formulation. All products are fully tested
in our state-of-the-art laboratory for stability, consistency, consumer
appeal, color and fragrance compatibility.

Mariposa Labs purchases large quantities of personal care components
and ingredients at competitive pricing from some of the nation's
largest companies. This enables us to pass on considerable savings
to our customers.
Quality
Assurance
Quality assurance safeguards are built in every step of the
way from research and development to final packaging. Products will
be checked and rechecked to ensure they meet Mariposa Lab's high
standard for quality.
Production
Mariposa Labs uses accurate metering and weighing systems
to ensure the highest level of consistency. Our production facility
utilizes high-quality stainless steel mixing tanks of various sizes
fitted with computerized variable speed mixers. This allows us to
accommodate both large and small production runs.
Packaging
Many packaging solutions are readily available at Mariposa
Labs. Multiple high-speed filling lines enable us to accomplish
any packaging needs. Straight line, piston, rotary, and electronic
machinery facilitate the filling of tubes, jars, or bottles of all
shapes and sizes. We can handle both single and two-sided labeling
for a wide range of containers.

Mariposa Labs maintains an extremely well organized material-handling
facility. All incoming material is checked by our quality control
department to ensure each ingredient matches the certificate of
analysis (C of A) and components meet specifications before product
is received into the warehouse. Products are again given a final
quality check in our shipping department before being loaded for
delivery.
